Kittleman & Associates is a national full-service executive search firm exclusively serving nonprofit organizations seeking CEOs and senior level executives. Based in Chicago, Kittleman has offices also in Denver, Philadelphia and Boston. The New England office is managed by Susan Egmont and Susan Barry.
Susan Egmont, Senior Counsel, was the founder and owner of Egmont Associates in Boston for 21 years before merging her firm with Kittleman & Associates in 2020.
Susan is active in local and national nonprofit networks and the development of the broad nonprofit sector. She holds an MBA from Emory University. She is a founding board member of the national Alliance for Nonprofit Management, Nonprofit Resource Center in Atlanta (now Georgia Center for Nonprofits), and Mass. Nonprofit Network, an early and long-term member of Nonprofit Consultants Network, and a former board member of Safe Passage in Guatemala.
